Villa Vitodi is a peaceful oasis of two contemporary villas, one with three bedrooms and one with two bedrooms, hidden in the heart of Petitenget, near Seminyak and Oberoi. The villas are conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the magnificent Seminyak beach and wide choice of internationally acclaimed restaurants, including the famous Kudeta.

The two-bedroom Villa Two at Villa Vitodi is entered via a traditional hand-carved Balinese gate. Guests will then cross over an ornamental pond stocked with lotus and bulrushes. Reminiscent of a moat, the pond flanks the villa on two sides and is accented by a pair of spherical fountains. The third side of the villa borders the 7 x 3 meter lap pool, complete with a timber deck under the open sky, two sun loungers and a deeply cushioned thatched balé pavilion for relaxing.

Cooled by gentle breezes and ceiling fans, the style is minimalist and modern and the décor is crisp and fresh. The villa is characterized by a tiled roof, broad white Palimanan stone pillars and thick walls, and the sunny open living area is equipped with a stereo music system and tastefully adorned with local artifacts.

Contemporary furnishings, including daybeds accessorized with colorful cushions and a low table, are complemented by a sparkling grey terrazzo floor. A chunky dining table with eight chairs rests adjacent to the pool, where another ceiling fan and bamboo roller blinds are fitted for the comfort of the guests.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen is located at one side, complete with gas hob, microwave and fridge, flanked by a built-in breakfast bar with pendulous lamps. Also located downstairs is a washroom and toilet with its own private garden planted with heliconia. An open-air shower is situated close to the pool. An additional guest bathroom is also located on the ground floor with washbasin and toilet.

A parquet staircase leads up to a wide balcony, with a wooden balustrade, overhanging the pool. The large air-conditioned master bedroom is furnished with a four poster queen size bed hung with muslin drapes, a dressing table, mirror and bedside table and lamps. The style is simple and uncluttered with a warm parquet floor, windows that overlook the pool, and satellite TV and DVD player.

The dressing area, conveniently located between the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom, is equipped with hairdryer and safe deposit box, and offers plenty of storage space. The adjoining bathroom features a non-slip floor, shower with a terrazzo stand, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is very similar with a four poster queen size bed and similar furnishings, together with a TV/DVD player. A dressing room with hairdryer and storage space links the bedroom to the stylish bathroom with terrazzo shower stand, toilet and washbasin.

Staff

Villa Vitodi is fully serviced by:

• Villa Manager
  Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.
• 2 Housekeepers and 1 Cook
  Responsible for housekeeping duties, daily laundry, preparation of meals and market shopping.
• Pool Attendant
  Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool.
• 2 Security Guards
  Duties are to guard the villa, ensuring the security of the guests.

Check In and Check Out Times:

Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Accommodation Rates above is net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charge.
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) by private car.
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
• 'In Villa' daily Continental breakfast.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.
