Villa Location:

This beautiful villa is set in a quiet compound next to "Villa Asri I" about 100 meters away from the main road in the center of Basangkasa, the area between Seminyak and The Oberoi. "Villa Asri II" and the adjacent "Villa Asri I" can be easily combined to accommodate up to 18 adults!

"Villa Asri II" is hidden away in a side lane in the heart of Seminyak's residential area and has a large private swimming pool in its walled garden. It's a perfect retreat for those who appreciate informality and privacy but want to be close to Bali's best restaurants and shops.

The Villa:

There are five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an air-conditioned TV room, and a spacious dining and living area perfect for entertaining guests. Its Australian owners completed the villa in 2002; this large villa has an elegant simplistic design with a roof covered with wooden shingles. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric appliances such as a microwave oven, steamer, toaster, etc.

Large glass doors in the living/dining room open up to the garden and 20 meter (60 ft.) swimming pool, and ceiling fans provide steady ventilation. Furnishings include a dining table for 8 or 10 guests and comfortable sofas. Next to the swimming pool is a Balinese Bale (gazebo) complete with large cushions.

The Bedrooms:

All five bedrooms are air-conditioned and have large windows looking out to the garden and swimming pool. The master bedroom and three other bedrooms have king-size beds; the fifth bedroom has two single beds. All bathrooms have bathtubs, showers and sinks.

Villa Amenities:

The 29 inch TV set in the air-conditioned TV room behind the living room is connected to a DVD player and satellite antennae to receive many international news programs as well as sports and movie channels, and there is a stereo system with tape deck and CD player in the dining/living room. There is a direct IDD telephone and a fax machine. Personal electronic safes are installed in all bedrooms.

The Services:

The house staff speaks good English and includes a trained cook to prepare a range of delicious Indonesian and Western meals, maids, a gardener/night watchman, and a villa manager. House's Staff near the villa but separated from the main house to allow guests complete privacy when desired.

Check In and Check Out Times:

• Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
• Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Stays:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.

• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by nearby restaurant order.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill, shopping fee and other optional extras are at guest's account.
