Villa Angkasa is fully serviced by:

One full-time Villa Manager
Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay. One Housekeeper
Responsible for housekeeping duties and daily laundry. One Cook
Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. One Gardener & Pool Attendant
Tends the grounds and cleans and maintains the swimming pool. Two 24-hour Security Guards
Duties are to guard the entrance of the villa ensuring the security of the guests.

Check In and Check Out Times:

• Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
• Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Stays:

Accommodation Rates above is net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charge.
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by nearby restaurant order.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill, shopping fee and other optional extras are at guest's account.
