On absolute beachfront lies an elegant three-bedroom home built in traditional materials of bamboo, wood and thatch.

Along Bali’s beautiful Southwest coast with volcanic mountain backdrops, and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, only 40 minutes from the Airport through scenic rice fields and Balinese villages, the Villa is nestled on an isolated beach in the palm groves just up the coast from a small traditional fishing village next to an ancient sea temple. One can witness Balinese Ocean Ceremonies from the porch.

Watch the ocean from your bed. The tremendous wildness of it, and suddenly you forget everything and you relax. Feel the sound of the waves, deep harmony.

The Villa is located only 10 minutes by car from the Nirwana Golf and Spa Resort which offers one of Asia’s most spectacular 18 hole Golf courses designed by Greg Norman.

There are several restaurants overlooking famous Tanah Lot Temple and the sea. Facing due west one can find some of Bali’s most wonderful sunsets.

Accommodation

• The master bedroom is separate bungalow with AC and super king-size bed, overlooking saltwater pool, garden and ocean with open air garden bath, walk-in closet, stereo, satellite TV, VCR and phone. This is a favorite with honeymooners.
• The second bedroom is located between the main house and the master bedroom bungalow in a separate cottage with queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, with ocean view, AC, and porch with temple and sunset outlook.
• The third bedroom attached to the main house, has a queen-size bed, AC, and looking out into the ocean, pool and garden.
• The main house with complete kitchen has a THX stereo system, super large hexagonal sitting area under a magnificent cathedral ceiling overlooking the garden, pool and ocean.

A full staff has been with the house for seven years, all local Balinese who take pleasure in serving.

The cook will offer a menu, do your shopping and cook with love with no extra charge other than the cost of the food. Also included are a cleaner, day driver (car rental available on request), gardeners and night security. Bottled drinking water is free of charge.

Check In and Check Out Times:

• Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
• Late Check-Out until 15:00 is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
• Late Check-Out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Staying:

Accommodation Rates above is net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charges
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out)
• Refreshments, welcome drink, fruits, flowers and amenity pack k upon arrival at the villa
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
• Welcome first meal (breakfast/lunch or dinner depending on arrival time)

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests’ account.

7-seater air-conditioned car with English speaking driver is available at additional US$ 55 / day – ALL IN.
