Canggu Sunset Villa is a 6-bedroom villa, providing luxury accommodation for up to 12 people, within 2 separate self-contained buildings.

Situated in the quiet village of Canggu overlooking the rice paddies. With views of Batu Karu (Tabanan Mountains), and also the ocean which is only 400m away and popular with local and foreign surfers and is also hawker free.

40 minutes drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of lively Seminyak, Legian and Kuta and only a 15 minutes drive to the No.1 tourist attraction of Tanah Lot, Nirwana Golf Course/Le Meridien Resort.

A stones throw away from the world famous Tugu Hotel which is visible from the villa.

Both buildings are furnished with traditional, hand-carved Balinese furniture and comprise of open Living Area with exposed alang-alang beams, with Satellite TV, Stereo system and DVD player.

Dining Area, Fully equipped Kitchen, Powder Room, Double Bedrooms (all with air- conditioning). 6 en-suite bathrooms all with terrazzo finish.

The main building features a unique open viewing terrace, which enables guests to enjoy un-obstructive views of the rice fields, the ocean and the perfect Bali sunset in the comfort of their own surroundings.

The 2 master bedrooms are only connected to the main building by a private walkway, thus giving total privacy for guests, the downstairs bedroom has a traditional Balinese open-air bathroom which features a sunken bath where you can bathe by moonlight, surrounded by Lotus ponds. An experience highly recommended for the romantics or honeymooners.

10m Swimming Pool and full compliment of pool furniture are set in a tropical garden, which features many plants and flowers.

Fully staffed with 1 house manager, 3 maids, 2 cooks, 2 pool boy/gardener and 3 night security guards. A 6-seater air-conditioned family car with driver is included for the duration of the holiday as a shuttle service to local shops and restaurants etc.

A qualified massage service can be arranged for the guests in the comfort of the villa.

Canggu Sunset Villa is fully serviced by:

• A full-time house manager - Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.
• Two cooks - Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cook will do all the market shopping.
• Three maids - Responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.
• Three security guards - Their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.
• Two gardeners and pool attendants - Tending the garden and the grounds of the villa. They ensure that the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.

Check In and Check Out Times:

• Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
• Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Stays:

Accommodation Rates above is net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charge.
• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by nearby restaurant order.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill, shopping fee and other optional extras are at guest's account.
